"Do you not know that you are God's temple and God's spirit dwells in you? If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him. For God's temple is holy, and you are that temple." 1 Corinthians 3:16-17. God gave us our earthly, physical bodies. So why do so many of us choose not to take care of them? The Bible is very clear that our bodies should be treated as temples. They should be kept clean, healthy, and pure. We use our God-given bodies every day for His work and His will. We need to have the right tool for the right work.
